All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Product images are for illustration — actual products may vary slightly in shade or packaging.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We accept prepaid payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). All orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund. For change-of-mind returns, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer must self-courier the product back to our warehouse at their own expense (we do not arrange reverse pickups). Opened or used products are not eligible for return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection. Gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Aurae Cosmos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
